Key Responsibilities

  • •Support a team producing architectural design solutions and construction drawings.
  • •Provide design input to project architects and perform modeling tasks to complete contract documents.
  • •Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and other disciplines.
  • •Assist with internal reviews and quality checks of models and drawings to ensure compliance with BIM standards.
  • •Research and incorporate required materials, products, and technologies into design details and specifications, coordinating consultants and helping ensure projects meet cost, quality, and schedule targets; travel to remote First Nation communities and work sites.

Key Requirements

  • •Registered architect in Manitoba (MAA) or eligibility to be registered.
  • •4+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • •Canadian Reliability or Secret security clearance, or eligibility to obtain, is mandatory.
  • •Familiarity with provincial and national standards and codes.
  • •Knowledge of BIM principles & workflows and experience with Revit and AutoCAD; Microsoft 365 and Bluebeam.
