Job Summary

Lead Visa Consulting and Analytics’ Implementation Services (VIS) Consulting engagements and serve as a subject matter expert across practice areas including portfolio, digital, and risk. Define and execute VIS’s mandate while deepening client relationships across Southern/Eastern Africa and Western/Central Africa. Own large VCA programs, contribute to commercial traction and sales pitches, develop tailored VIS offerings and integrated go-to-market strategies, and present insights to senior client leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and/or serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across VIS practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk).
•Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and support internal problem-solving and client discussions.
•Lead and contribute to sales pitches for VIS and help stand up and manage large VCA programs for Pan African clients.
•Work closely with Visa groups (Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, etc.) to deliver a seamless consulting experience.
•Develop VIS’s offering and tailored solutions, collaborating on integrated go-to-market strategies and building a pipeline of engagement opportunities.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 8 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
•12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8-10 years with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
•15+ years of experience in consulting and implementation support with financial institutions, merchants, and/or government.
•Deep understanding of card operations and portfolio management.
•Fluent communicator with superior project management skills and advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
