Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and/or serve as a subject matter expert on consulting engagements across VIS practice areas (portfolio, digital, risk).
  • •Use Visa and external data to analyze client needs, identify opportunities, and support internal problem-solving and client discussions.
  • •Lead and contribute to sales pitches for VIS and help stand up and manage large VCA programs for Pan African clients.
  • •Work closely with Visa groups (Products, BD, Risk, Marketing, Digital Solutions, etc.) to deliver a seamless consulting experience.
  • •Develop VIS’s offering and tailored solutions, collaborating on integrated go-to-market strategies and building a pipeline of engagement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or at least 8 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or 3+ years with a PhD.
  • •12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8-10 years with an advanced degree, or 6+ years with a PhD.
  • •15+ years of experience in consulting and implementation support with financial institutions, merchants, and/or government.
  • •Deep understanding of card operations and portfolio management.
  • •Fluent communicator with superior project management skills and advanced PowerPoint and Excel capabilities.
