Key Responsibilities

  • •Gain knowledge of general agronomy skills such as scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and custom application procedures.
  • •Perform all agronomy/seed operations.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and perform record keeping.
  • •Regulate and periodic housecleaning processes in line with safety requirements.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment and provide customer service as needed.

  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • •Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
  • •Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
  • •CDL license and forklift certification preferred.
