Key Requirements

  • •2-3+ years of staff accounting experience and/or real estate property or fund accounting/administration experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of client servicing or related experience.
  • •Experience with real estate industry clients is required.
  • •Ability to work effectively in a team environment while demonstrating initiative, leadership, and flexibility.
  • •Formal education in accounting and/or a related business degree is required (may be seeking or have recently obtained CPA accreditation).
  • •Experience with Investran, Yardi, and MS Suite systems (Excel/Access/Word) at an intermediate/advanced level is expected.
