Job Summary

Analyze and monitor creditworthiness for assigned equipment finance customers and recommend or approve credit within established guidelines. Perform financial statement, ratio, and trend analysis to determine financing eligibility, underwriting new and existing loan requests, and conducting collateral, KYC, and credit-report analysis. Research industry trends, track delinquency and repossession activity, and provide written loan recommendations and alternate structuring. Mentor junior analysts and lead special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Underwrite credit narratives for new and existing loans by reviewing applications, financial statements, and credit reports.
•Spread business and personal financial statements and tax returns using Moody’s software to analyze multi-year trends and ratios.
•Perform cash flow from operations analysis and conduct collateral analysis (accounts receivable, inventory, real estate, and investments).
•Run credit reports, gather and analyze KYC information, and monitor delinquency, delinquency trends, and repossession activity.
•Provide written recommendations on loan approvals and alternate loan structures; coach and mentor less experienced analysts and lead special projects as needed.
