Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coach the store team to achieve daily and weekly targets, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment
  • •Train staff through in-store skills development, feedback, and onboarding aligned with brand standards
  • •Deliver brand storytelling and exceptional customer experiences by leveraging product knowledge and usage scenarios
  • •Plan and execute visual merchandising and product training for new releases and seasonal updates
  • •Manage stock, cashiering, opening/closing procedures, reconciliations, and loss prevention basics

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of retail experience with 1+ year in supervisory/training roles
  • •Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • •Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • •Proactive in product knowledge, demonstrations, and visual merchandising
  • •Able to lead and develop a team to deliver WOW shopper experiences
