Key Responsibilities

  • •Deploy and configure Group-IB XDR and Group-IB BEP for enterprise customers across on-premises and hybrid environments.
  • •Install, integrate, and perform initial configuration of servers, hypervisors, and network components.
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software issues and maintain platform stability.
  • •Manage network and email traffic sources (SPAN, TAP, SMTP, O365, Google Mail) for product integration.
  • •Support pilots and production rollouts with remote and on-site assistance, escalate complex issues, and communicate progress/documentation in English.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on Linux (Arch/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration experience.
  • •Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, SPAN/RSPAN, routing, DHCP, DNS, ARP, and TCP flags.
  • •Practical firewall knowledge (iptables, nftables, UFW, Windows Firewall) and secure remote access (OpenVPN, WireGuard).
  • •Experience with virtualization platforms (ESXi, Hyper-V), including VM deployment, networking, and export.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot with diagnostic and log tools (tcpdump, Wireshark, curl, openssl; journalctl/Event Viewer) and write scripts in Bash and PowerShell.
