  • •Partner with SBU Presidents and senior leaders to anticipate business needs, challenge assumptions, and translate strategy into roadmaps, business cases, and disciplined execution.
  • •Lead enterprise transformation and platform modernization across SAP/ERP, Salesforce, CPQ, e-commerce, supply chain, cloud, and related digital solutions.
  • •Connect systems, data, and processes to simplify core operations and standardize scalable commercial processes with measurable business results.
  • •Build and inspire high-performing teams, develop talent, and strengthen organizational capability while leading secure, scalable enterprise change across business, functional, IT, and cybersecurity teams.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of technology leadership experience in large enterprise environments with direct people leadership and broad organizational influence.
  • •Proven leadership of large-scale digital transformation and major ERP or enterprise technology implementations, including SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • •Experience partnering with senior executives and influencing across business, functional, and IT teams in a complex matrixed organization.
  • •Working knowledge of enterprise platforms and business applications, including SAP, Salesforce, digital platforms, and cloud solutions.
  • •Advanced degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
