Lead end-to-end UX telemetry initiatives across Philips product teams, translating business and UX needs into measurable data, coordinating cross-functional delivery, and building dashboards to reveal user journeys, workflow patterns, and friction points within a Healthtech portfolio. Drive workshops, define tracking plans, ensure privacy considerations, and advance data-driven product decisions through insights and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end UX Telemetry projects across product teams, from scoping and planning through implementation, dashboarding, adoption, and iterative improvement.
•Drive workshops with business, product, design, and engineering stakeholders to define UX Telemetry questions, objectives, and tracking plans.
•Translate UX Telemetry questions into concrete data needs, event definitions, implementation requirements, and tracking plans for business and technical teams.
•Coordinate implementation activities across product managers, designers, engineers, architects, and analysts to ensure telemetry plans are delivered in practice.
•Build and coordinate dashboards that support insight generation, helping teams understand user behavior, task success, workflow performance, and experience friction.

Key Requirements

•MSc degree in Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, Data-driven UX Design, or proven equivalent analytical mindset.
•Proven track record of end-to-end delivery in digital product, data-driven UX, or analytics.
•Experience with industry-grade analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, Amplitude).
•Strong experience facilitating workshops and translating business/UX needs into data requirements.
•Experience creating tracking plans, measurement frameworks, and telemetry implementation approaches.
