Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, inspect, test, adjust, maintain, operate, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and remove advanced measurement, control, and regulation equipment, including SCADA and gas quality equipment.
  • •Detect measurement errors, correct volumes as needed, and provide supporting documentation for corrections.
  • •Monitor gas volumes and ensure all corrections and proper qualities are applied.
  • •Interpret and apply electrical and electronic schematics for electronic flow measurement and measurement electronics.
  • •Maintain facilities and equipment, oversee third-party construction/maintenance, perform custody transfer/control audits, and complete documentation/record keeping while identifying unsafe conditions and using stop work authority.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalency) and associates degree in a technical field or at least 3 years equivalent work experience.
  • •Working knowledge of the National Electric Codes and experience with electronic test instruments.
  • •Knowledge of natural gas and liquid chromatography, plus safe handling practices for flammable gases, liquids, and high pressure systems.
  • •Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic equipment used in gas/liquid measurement and control, including measurement standards (AGA, API, GPA).
  • •Must focus on job safety, have strong analytical/troubleshooting skills, effective communication, basic MS Office/computer skills, and a valid driver’s license.
