Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet employees, candidates, and guests and coordinate with building security for smooth arrival and secure experiences.
  • •Support recruiting by welcoming candidates and helping interviews run on time.
  • •Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries; coordinate employee meal ordering as needed.
  • •Assist office services teams and troubleshoot day-to-day issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • •Partner with the Employee Experience team on onboarding, stock and distribute supplies/swag, and help plan office events and activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 110,000 annually
