Job Summary

Lead delivery of Cash Management, Ecosystems and AI initiatives across CWIBG, overseeing Open Finance initiatives, API enablement, Liquidity Management enhancements and Virtual Accounts, while acting as the integrator between business, technology and the AI Centre of Excellence to embed scalable, data- and AI-enabled capabilities that strengthen platforms, drive adoption and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans and outcomes by aligning initiatives to enterprise priorities, identifying cross-platform dependencies, and defining conditions required for predictable execution in line with regulatory, risk and governance requirements.
•Act as the central integrator between business domains, technology teams and the AI Centre of Excellence to orchestrate, prioritise and scale AI use cases across CWIBG, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered in a structured, controlled and value-driven manner.
•Drive stakeholder alignment across business, technology and external partners by directing stakeholders towards shared delivery objectives, resolving dependencies and ensuring programme progress reflects business value and ecosystem ambitions.
•Promote the adoption and effective use of data and AI-enabled capabilities by embedding AI solutions into core processes and products.
•Manage delivery strategy by evaluating initiative dependencies across platforms, APIs and third-party integrations, balancing conflicting requirements to support long-term platform evolution and ecosystem strategy.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of experience in banking or financial services with exposure to cash management, payments, liquidity, digital channels or ecosystem- and API-enabled propositions.
•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline; Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince2, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master/Lean Six Sigma Certification.
•Cash Management Expertise.
•Digital Programme Management and Delivery.
•Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder digital and technology delivery portfolios.
