Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and deploy agentic AI solutions end-to-end in production environments, taking real customer challenges from concept to live deployments.
  • •Design prompts, reasoning, and tool calls for AI agents and integrate them with customer systems using our Agentic AI platform.
  • •Own technical components from architecture choice to production observability, ensuring reliability and measurable outcomes.
  • •Develop and integrate data pipelines (e.g., Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks) and model data to ship pipelines with validated outputs.
  • •Collaborate with customers and partners, including sales teams and Deployment Strategists, to surface insights and drive adoption.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Production experience required with a builder mindset; 3+ years (6-10 years for senior levels) of software engineering or technical delivery, with at least one production system to show.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) is required.
  • •Fluent in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex and willing to add to that list as needed.
  • •Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering; able to explain why a prompt failed and what you’d change.
