Job Summary

Lead and deliver end-to-end AI-native features in Addepar’s Reference Data platform, focusing on production-grade AI/ML capabilities, LLMs, and agentic systems. Architect core AI components, drive technical discipline, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic goals into scalable, high-performance solutions for financial data reconciliation and curation. Must hold the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive the end-to-end execution and delivery of AI-native products, moving from initial prototype to scalable production services with high velocity
•Architect, build, and productionize core components of our AI platform – including LLMs, vector databases, prompt tuning, and agentic frameworks
•Enforce technical discipline and operational excellence for all AI products
•Rapidly iterate on AI products based on performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement
•Lead evaluation and adoption of new AI technologies to keep Addepar at the frontier of the industry

Key Requirements

•BS/MS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience
•Extensive software engineering experience
•Proven track record of owning and shipping complex, production-grade systems
•Proven experience shipping and maintaining AI-native products or features, or demonstrable passion through significant personal projects in AI
•Hands-on experience with modern AI/LLM ecosystems and tools (e.g., Databricks, Langchain, MLFlow)
