Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and contribute to the GTM strategy for our new authorization improvement products, including gathering insights, developing KPIs, contributing to the customer experience/journey, and partnering with Development and Technology teams to ensure value is delivered to customers.
  • •Drive and own customer adoption pipeline and size top business development opportunities to unlock growth.
  • •Serve as a strategic business partner to key geographic and functional business units to execute the go-to-market strategy and align with the overall optimization strategy.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert for all things Optimization to lead customer meetings and support deal negotiations to materialize the opportunities.
  • •Create and communicate value stories that demonstrate the product's value in a compelling narrative; leverage data, analytics and market insights to inform decisions and drive adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience developing go-to-market strategies and end-to-end product delivery for scalable solutions in the payments ecosystem.
  • •Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill key insights from data, identify challenges and opportunities, and drive adoption and growth.
  • •Experience drafting and communicating compelling product value narratives.
  • •Proven ability to engage with stakeholders in matrixed organizations to get things done and demonstrate problem solving skills.
  • •A self-starter who can mobilize, influence, and lead large, cross-functional internal and external teams across geographies in a changing, fast-paced environment.
