Category Development Specialist

Support Diageo’s Category Development team by helping execute category and shelf management strategies for retail customers. You’ll maintain relationships with retailer merchant teams and cross-functional partners, deliver shelf recommendations to improve efficiency and shopability, and drive performance reporting using syndicated data and retailer POS. This role requires category assessment, consumer insights, assortment optimization, planogram recommendations, and strong ownership of tools and processes.
