•Stay informed about new products and skin trends to provide expert guidance to customers.
•Leverage prior skincare/skin services experience to support clients and colleagues in the store.
•Lead and support team members with skincare expertise to ensure high service levels during shifts.
•Adapt to changing store priorities and scheduling to maximize customer satisfaction and sales opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Certificate or diploma qualifications in skincare is highly desirable.

•Ability to educate clients about skin care routines and treatment options and stay aware of changing store priorities
