Key Responsibilities

  • •Unify and scale local, remote, and ephemeral development environments, enabling engineers and AI agents to provision, build, test, debug, and validate with reproducible test data and access controls.
  • •Lead the software factory effort: identify workflow bottlenecks, automate them, and build sandboxes and tooling for AI agents to perform work with oversight.
  • •Own build systems, CI/CD, developer environments, and internal tooling; reduce build/CI time, deploy risk, and feedback latency.
  • •Set technical direction and standards, turn ambiguous problems into roadmaps, and mentor senior/staff engineers through design review and pairing.
  • •Bridge infrastructure and application thinking to push the team toward cloud-first development workflows.
