Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • •Demonstrated mastery of US GAAP, including interpreting and applying technical accounting standards.
  • •Strong experience with monthly/quarterly close, financial reporting, and reconciliation of complex accounts.
  • •CPA or CMA certification and/or experience with Oracle ERP and large-scale financial software (preferred).
