Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute risk-based compliance assurance testing reviews within the Group.
  • •Support development of the annual UAE testing plan, testing schedules, and working papers.
  • •Consult relevant UAE departments to ensure planned and targeted review coverage, scope, and approach.
  • •Conduct desk/thematic compliance testing, including control design assessment and operational effectiveness testing.
  • •Prepare testing reports, track remediation activity, and upload issues to a compliance issue management system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Banking, or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance, corporate governance, risk management, or internal audit.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputed bank or auditing firm.
  • •Minimum 2 years of experience in compliance monitoring and testing or auditing.
  • •Certification in compliance, corporate governance, risk management, or internal audit (preferred).
