Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team to drive business penetration and build relationships with CIB and CMB corporate clients.
  • •Develop new EBS relationships through effective business development and coordination with CIB/CMB business heads and RMs.
  • •Manage and deepen relationships with globally significant EBS firms using existing propositions and programs.
  • •Act as a filter to understand EBS clients’ employee financial wellbeing needs and workforce composition.
  • •Identify internationally mobile workforce companies in the portfolio and drive account growth by promoting employee banking solutions and referrals to HSBC offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Minimum of eight years of progressive retail banking sales experience.
  • •Strong sales, managerial, interpersonal, organizational, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • •Proven ability to build relationships with internal business partners and external corporate clients.
  • •Extensive knowledge of retail banking and wealth management, plus the ability to understand and negotiate through HSBC’s internal network.
