Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage monthly and quarterly auditing to ensure HR consistency, compliance, and governance.
  • •Track sickness/absence and provide HR reporting and analysis, including MK and JC Discount reporting.
  • •Maintain and update employee records and trackers in Workday; ensure employee files are created, maintained, and archived.
  • •Manage HR job postings across relevant sites and ensure org charts and global trackers are updated.
  • •Coordinate leave administration and work with payroll providers/labour consultants to support accurate, timely payroll inputs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 30,000 - 35,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate calibre with preferably progress toward CIPD accreditation.
  • •Previous experience in an administrative role essential.
  • •Highly competent in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • •Strong organisational skills to multi-task, prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and knowledge of Italian Collective Labour Agreements (CCNL) and basic Italian labour law/employment regulations.
