Key Responsibilities

•Lead one or more project teams of data engineers through all stages of design, development, and integration of complex data solutions and models.
•Review designs and project activities for compliance with architecture, security, and quality guidelines; provide feedback to improve product quality.
•Provide domain-specific leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects and initiatives.
•Drive innovation by integrating new big data technologies into projects and activities.
•Mentor and coach staff while ensuring data integrity and governance across projects.

Key Requirements

•7-10 years of work experience in data analytics, data engineering, or data modeling
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
•Programming language proficiency in SQL and Python (certifications preferred)
•Experience with Agile methodologies and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
•Strong knowledge of data pipelines, data warehousing, ETL, and big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark)
