Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Return Flow Transformation prototype phase by developing a thesis work package based on current processes, roles, workflows, and test cases.
  • •Review current methods/processes and the new roles and responsibilities for return flow activities.
  • •Contribute to prototype conceptualisation and methodology, including defining success factors and test cases.
  • •Lead defined test cases and assess operational boundaries with change management considerations.
  • •Consolidate key outcomes and capture lessons learned from the prototype.
  • •Work as part of a transnational project team (Return flow transformation central organisation).
