Key Requirements

  • •P.Eng. registration in Ontario and a University degree in Civil Engineering.
  • •15+ years leading preliminary and detailed design and project delivery for Ontario municipalities.
  • •5+ years of proven people leadership, including mentoring and performance management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage financial performance (revenue, profitability, invoicing, accounts receivable, and key metrics).
  • •Strong experience using project management tools to ensure disciplined delivery and transparent reporting.
