Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain the aircraft maintenance program using regulatory information and operational requirements.
  • •Coordinate with Transport Canada and FAA authorities to support continued approval of the maintenance program.
  • •Create and publish Aircraft Maintenance Plans with schedules to ensure compliance, and keep plans updated in the computerized maintenance software.
  • •Perform internal and external quality audits, document conformity evidence, and report aircraft incidents and component/part failures to Quality Control leadership.
  • •Verify that work is completed before maintenance release, that certifications and journey log entries are correctly recorded prior to return to service.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in aircraft planning functions.
  • •Bachelor's degree or DEC in aircraft maintenance or a related engineering discipline (e.g., aerospace engineering).
  • •In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance planning and the associated quality/assurance role.
  • •Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • •Very good English skills to read and understand technical documentation and communicate with international customers, suppliers, or colleagues (in a French-speaking environment).
