Senior Project Engineer, Test and Evaluation

Lead end-to-end test planning, logistics, and issue management for hardware and software interface testing within a defense hardware test operations team. Define and streamline test processes across requirements, safety/compliance reviews, readiness reviews, execution, and reporting. Manage integration test cases for counter-UAS/counter-intrusion systems, collaborate on test data interpretation, and drive product enhancements while supporting schedule planning across programs.
