Job Summary

Design and develop training materials and deliver virtual and/or on-site sessions for teachers, administrators, employees, customers, and partners. Partner with subject matter experts and product managers to build effective content, assess training needs, and measure program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics. Stay current on product updates and industry trends, provide ongoing stakeholder support, and contribute to talent development roadmap and adoption strategies for Stride’s K12 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop engaging training materials (presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids) for employees, customers, and partners.
•Deliver virtual and/or on-site training sessions to help audiences understand Stride products and the K12 academic framework.
•Collaborate with subject matter experts and product managers to gather input and create training course content.
•Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
•Provide ongoing support by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, maintaining training documentation, and staying current on product updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 45,118 - 63,984.6 annually

Key Requirements

•2 to 5 years of experience in talent development, educational training, or a related role.
•Understanding of effective training methodologies and strong ability to work with adult learners.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and general web tools.
•Ability to clear required background check.
•Bachelor’s degree in education or a similar field and/or professional training or instructional design certification (desired).
