Execute day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations across assigned Bupa CareConnect facilities, ensuring accurate ERP stock records, timely replenishment support, and compliant storage of medical and non-medical materials. Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle/physical counts, handle receiving, inspection, storage, and material issuance/transfers using FEFO/FIFO and batch/expiry tracking. Maintain documentation, GRNs, and stock reports to support audit readiness and demand monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor daily stock levels across assigned locations and update inventory records in the ERP with accurate quantities, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
•Execute receiving, inspection, storage, and labeling of incoming deliveries, rejecting and documenting non-conforming items and creating GRNs in the ERP on receipt day.
•Process material issuance requests and inter-location stock transfers via ERP, applying FEFO principles and tracking inbound/outbound movements with daily logs.
•Monitor stock against par levels/minimum quantities, raise replenishment internal requests, and consolidate consumption data to support demand planning and procurement.
•Record every transaction accurately in ERP on the day it occurs, maintain organized documentation, and prepare stock/consumption/expiry reports to support management and audits.

Key Requirements

•2–4 years of experience in inventory management operations (receiving, issuance, transfers, adjustments, returns).
•Solid understanding of FEFO/FIFO principles and batch/expiry tracking in a clinical or regulated storage environment.
•Knowledge of SFDA storage and handling requirements for medical supplies, devices, and pharmaceuticals.
•Proficiency in an ERP system for inventory transactions and GRN creation, reconciliation, and variance documentation.
•Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; clear written and verbal communication in English with Arabic proficiency required.
