Inside Sales Specialist

Manage end-to-end delivery of Technical & Commercial Proposals and order bookings for Emerson MAS in Europe, coordinating with Sales Account Managers and Operations teams. Own proposal scope, ensure cost-effective solutions, and drive successful orders across multiple process industries while maintaining schedule, quality, and client relationships. This hybrid role is based in Cluj-Napoca and involves collaboration across Europe, including remote work and on-site visits, plus development of junior Inside Sales Specialists.
