Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate operations as the central interface between Housekeeping and Technik, prioritizing cleaning status and repair orders and managing “Out of Order” rooms and inventory under the Front Office Managerin.
  • •Monitor room allocations and last-minute bookings while considering guest profiles and preferences.
  • •Manage inbound calls and emails (Front Office Inbox), route information to the right departments, and ensure timely, accurate follow-up.
  • •Proactively capture and coordinate guest requests with Concierge, Guest Relations, and Room Service, and handle complaints by forwarding them to the final solution.
  • •Align daily business forecast with staffing plans, document and archive data, maintain the guest database, and report trends based on logged requests and calls.

Key Requirements

  • •Successfully completed hospitality vocational training or a comparable degree.
  • •Solid experience in Front Office, reservations, or the phone center in upscale luxury hotels.
  • •Strong understanding of hotel operations, especially Housekeeping and Technik, with excellent time management and prioritization.
  • •Fluent German and very good English (written and spoken), with clear, professional communication across channels.
  • •High IT affinity and confident use of systems such as PMS Opera Cloud, Samfex (or similar), Google Workspace (Gmail), and MS Office.
