Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain consistency and traceability between project documents, databases, and cutover tracking tools.
  • •Cross-check and reconcile multiple engineering datasets (load lists, cable schedules, MCC load lists, equipment registers, instrument indexes, turnover packages, and cutover tracking databases).
  • •Identify and report missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or conflicting records, including orphaned records and data cross-reference issues.
  • •Develop and run automated validation processes to verify tag consistency, feeder assignments, and equipment/cable/source-destination relationships.
  • •Create advanced Excel-based tools and dashboards (including exception reports and data-quality KPI monitoring) to support cutover readiness reviews and management reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Maintain traceability between project documents, databases, and cutover tracking tools.
  • •Perform reconciliation across load lists, cable schedules, equipment registers, instrument indexes, turnover packages, and cutover tracking databases.
  • •Identify missing, duplicate, inconsistent, or conflicting records and establish a single source of truth for project data.
  • •Knowledge of electrical engineering documentation and equipment tagging systems, including familiarity with load lists, cable schedules, cable splicing schedules, and turnover packages.
  • •Advanced Excel and automation capability using XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, FILTER/UNIQUE/Dynamic Arrays, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and dashboard tools.
