Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations (e.g., HKMA C-RAF, Critical Infrastructures Ordinance, HK IA GL20) through detailed assessments and stakeholder communications.
  • •Serve as the liaison and Subject Matter Expert between the Cyber Security team and business functions to identify cyber risks and required controls.
  • •Lead projects to deliver high-quality outputs under strict timelines.
  • •Steer regulatory inquiries and circulars with senior business stakeholders and second-line of defence input.
  • •Uplift assessment processes via automation/optimization, track commitments, manage remediation closure, and monitor emerging cyber threats and regulator expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • •Proven experience in IT security and risk management; candidates with less experience may be considered for an Associate role.
  • •Strong experience in cybersecurity controls and IT risk management frameworks.
  • •Knowledge of banking and insurance cybersecurity and technology risk regulations, including Fintech.
  • •Strong English and Chinese (Cantonese advantage) plus leadership, communication, interpersonal, analytical skills. Certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, and CEH are preferred.
