Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to defining the cybersecurity technical policy and associated roadmap for scope of responsibility.
  • •Monitor and report TAS-I cybersecurity risks and KPIs for bids and cybersecurity compliance regularly to Head of Cybersecurity.
  • •Manage and validate the cybersecurity maturity dashboard, including Group cybersecurity fundamentals compliance and bid KPIs.
  • •Initiate/support audits and checks to ensure solution security compliance with organizational, regional, national rules, and Thales Group policies and security instructions.
  • •Review bids and projects cybersecurity sections, challenge and approve cybersecurity strategies/quotations, and validate target security levels (including whether a pentest is needed).

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer or Master’s degree; minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology services, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and IT/OT security, risk, and crisis management.
  • •Confirmed defence and aerospace experience in one or more domains such as Navigation, Telecommunication, Earth Observation, or Space Exploration.
  • •Knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS, ISO/IEC 2700x series) and security accreditation processes.
  • •Risk management using frameworks such as ISO 31000, ISO 27005, and EBIOS Risk Manager.
  • •Expertise in cybersecurity audits, vulnerability management, and penetration testing across hardware, infrastructure, and software environments.
