SVP, Originator - Venture Technology in Silicon Valley

Develop new client relationships with venture-backed technology companies, leading venture debt originations with venture capital firms and portfolios. Own day-to-day relationships across the entrepreneurial ecosystem, source and underwrite/structure deals, navigate credit committee and closing, and manage documentation and negotiated terms. Support existing clients, help grow deposits, loan commitments/outstandings, and non-interest income, and ensure strong compliance with applicable regulations. Lead, coach, and develop bankers and analysts.
