Sales & Service Lead - Yorkdale Shopping Centre

Lead an exceptional guest experience on the sales floor by coaching teams on guest connection and technical product education. Build client relationships daily, analyze reports to drive results, and support action plans to improve performance. Ensure strong sales floor coverage through workforce solutions and selling initiatives. Partner with Operations & Visual leaders to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities while recruiting and developing associates.
