Customer Data Technician-CWA

Install, test, turn up, and troubleshoot customer circuit equipment and related infrastructure, from the customer premise up to the frame. Perform fiber optics and switching work, complete acceptance testing, and maintain service readiness. Use testing devices and laptop-based applications to configure hardware/software, install interface cards and modems, manage assets, and close work orders. Provide professional customer support while working varying shifts and potentially out-of-town assignments.
