Job Summary

Support transportation design by leading 2D/3D CAD/BIM production using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit. As the lighting group’s production lead, set project standards, templates and libraries, coordinate BIM/Revit workflows, and perform QA to ensure consistent design documents across projects. Train staff, manage model setup, and deliver design packages on schedule across Boston, New York, and Denver, while collaborating with engineers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead production of 2D/3D CAD/BIM drawings and BIM/Revit workflows for transportation projects.
•Manage design production activities from preliminary design through handover, coordinating with engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
•Develop, document and communicate BIM best practices; set up models, office templates, and libraries to meet project standards.
•Oversee QA of design documents and ensure uniformity and technical quality across deliverables.
•Develop and deliver training sessions for users of all levels and manage project standards and templates.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma.
•5+ years of post-education Revit production experience and 7 years in the AEC industry.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and Revit; expert knowledge in Revit Family creation.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized.
•Willingness to travel and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
