Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of customer implementations from pre-kickoff handoff through go-live.
  • •Define and manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria to ensure consistent execution.
  • •Lead kickoff sessions, recurring status meetings, and executive updates while tracking progress and mitigating risks/issues/scope changes.
  • •Coordinate cross-functionally with Solution Consultants, Product, and Customer Success on technical configuration, integrations, data migration, testing, UAT, and readiness.
  • •Act as the primary execution lead for customer-side stakeholders, setting expectations on scope/timeline/responsibilities and driving readiness activities and continuous improvement of implementation playbooks.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in implementation project management, program management, or complex SaaS delivery.
  • •Proven track record managing multi-workstream, cross-functional projects.
  • •Strong customer-facing presence with experience engaging leadership-level stakeholders.
  • •Excellent organizational, communication, and risk management skills.
  • •Experience with B2B SaaS/enterprise software and operationally complex environments (including supply chain or retail technology).
