Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform sanitation of food processing equipment following established SSOPs.
  • •Complete end-of-production, end-of-week, equipment changeover, facility sanitation, and master cleaning assignments.
  • •Mix, dilute, and apply cleaning chemicals according to label instructions and company procedures.
  • •Follow GMPs, PPE requirements, food safety protocols, and lockout/tagout procedures.
  • •Operate auto floor scrubbers and complete facility housekeeping/janitorial duties (mopping, sweeping, cleaning) and report concerns to leadership.
