Serve as a strategic advisor and execution partner for talent attraction initiatives by translating workforce needs into targeted attraction strategies. Cultivate stakeholder partnerships, manage talent communities using Workday, and analyze performance, engagement, and labor market trends to recommend improvements.

•Develop and execute talent attraction plans aligned to Talent Acquisition priorities, workforce planning needs, and business objectives.
•Lead university relations and early-career attraction activities, including campus engagement and early-career pipeline development.
•Design and coordinate recruiting events aligned to priority talent needs, available resources, and measurable outcomes.
•Manage and optimize talent attraction platforms (Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) to improve brand visibility, engagement, and pipeline conversion.
•Analyze attraction activity, event performance, platform engagement, labor market trends, and stakeholder feedback; recommend data-informed improvements.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 69,900 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Marketing, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent attraction, workforce development, university relations, recruiting operations, employer branding, partnership management, or program management.
•Experience developing and executing talent attraction programs, events, partnerships, or workforce initiatives while managing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines.
•Ability to analyze data, stakeholder feedback, and labor market insights to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
•Valid driver's license and ability to travel to campuses, community partner locations, events, and company facilities as needed.
