Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the global legal function for Global Logistics and advise senior management on legal and regulatory issues.
  • •Manage legal and operational risks across Global Logistics, including risk allocation between Global Logistics and affiliated entities.
  • •Review, draft, and negotiate global logistics contracts and standard template documents.
  • •Identify and analyze legal issues in business initiatives and collaborations, providing commercially focused recommendations.
  • •Lead regional legal coordination and implement Global Logistics policies, while managing external legal counsel and spend.

Key Requirements

  • •Law degree from an accredited university.
  • •Qualification to practice law from a recognised legal regulatory body.
  • •10+ years’ experience in an internationally recognised law firm and/or multinational company.
  • •Substantive logistics industry experience, including freight forwarding and contract logistics.
  • •Previous experience managing people and providing leadership.
