•Independently build, maintain, and document infrastructure components and perform reviews across engineering levels.
•Design solutions to improve health, performance, and availability, resolving system and client-experience impacts across environments, applications, or platforms.
•Assign work, mentor, and train junior engineers to support upward feedback and diverse perspectives.
•Advocate for new technologies and improvements to reduce expenses and increase efficiency; collaborate cross-functionally to find synergies.
•Create technical documentation and architectural guidelines to deliver monitoring, improved resiliency, and high availability; recommend IT standards and support after-hours/on-call work as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
•8+ years of relevant experience.
•Extensive experience with technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, applications, or operations.
•Strong understanding of availability management and ensuring timely availability of business data and applications.
•Working knowledge of agile methodologies and the agile development lifecycle.
