Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct on-site surveys documenting power, cooling, bonding/grounding, pathways, and room readiness.
  • •Develop rack plans and layout designs for cabling, grounding/bonding, electrical circuits, and equipment placement.
  • •Manage GDIT, agency, and subcontractor labor for room buildouts, rack installation, cable routing, and grounding.
  • •Ensure compliance with UFC, TIA/EIA, I3A, and DoW telecommunications room standards.
  • •Coordinate with base civil engineering and support QA inspections and validation of deliverables and as-builts.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS or equivalent and 5+ years of related experience.
  • •4–7 years’ experience with telecommunications rooms, data center buildouts, or ISP infrastructure.
  • •Experience managing cabling, rack installation, or structured cabling teams.
  • •Knowledge of grounding/bonding, power specifications, equipment standards, and room environmental requirements.
  • •Ability to obtain Interim Secret security clearance and US citizenship is required.
