Key Responsibilities

  • •Consolidate and maintain customer data to support in-store clientele and CRM projects.
  • •Review and analyze KPI/MBO performance to provide store leadership with individual overviews and strategy.
  • •Launch, monitor, and improve in-store CRM system/functionality.
  • •Generate customer lists and reports, and support interpretation of report outputs in store.
  • •Support CRM training and VOCE project activities, including store feedback collection and customer follow-up actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Ensure customer data accuracy entered by the store team and validate data accuracy in the system.
  • •Review and analyze SA performance using KPIs and MBOs, and provide SM with an overview and strategy.
  • •Launch and monitor new CRM system functions at the store level.
  • •Manage customer lists and ensure local marketing activities are planned strategically.
  • •Conduct regular CRM training with the sales team and support VOCE customer satisfaction surveys with follow-up actions.
