Key Responsibilities

•Lead strategic customer engagements with security and infrastructure leaders to align Okta solutions with business outcomes.
•Deliver tailored demonstrations and architectural sessions focused on Okta Device Access and ITDR capabilities; drive outcome-focused POCs.
•Create and maintain demonstration systems, diagrams, and templates to support presales across regions.
•Provide strategic and technical guidance to Solutions Engineering teams across Okta and Auth0 identity platforms; collaborate with OFCTO to derive insights from the field.
•Drive cross-functional collaboration and regional GTM messaging to accelerate customer adoption and innovation in identity security.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Deep expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) including GPOs, Kerberos, and OIDC/SAML protocols
•Experience with multiple IdPs (Okta, Ping Identity, Google Workspace) and hybrid identity
•Passwordless authentication expertise (FIDO2/WebAuthn, Passkeys) and device posture sensing with MDM/UEM and EDR integrations
•Knowledge of Identity Threat Detection & Response (ITDR), UEBA, and integration with SIEM/SOAR tools
•Strong communication and presentation skills with travel up to 40% and ability to collaborate across business units
