Senior Security Engineer, Incident Response

Lead technical response to security events and incidents across Twilio’s global infrastructure, services, and applications. Drive incident triage, containment, remediation, and post-incident betterments while improving security and reliability posture. Build and document scalable incident response processes, runbooks, and standard operating procedures, and enhance threat mitigation through automation. Partner cross-functionally and participate in on-call rotation and RCAs.
