Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project management commissions for end-to-end service delivery as part of the occupier fit out team.
  • •Provide support on major project management commissions, taking responsibility for service delivery.
  • •Establish project success criteria across time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • •Lead compliance for quality, safety, health, and environment issues on project commissions.
  • •Lead project planning and ongoing governance, including monitoring performance, advising on project finances, and managing contract administration, claims, and disputes.

Key Requirements

  • •Ideally academically qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
  • •Experience at Associate Director level.
  • •Ideally a member of a professional body (RICS, APM, or CIOB).
  • •Experience delivering CAT B office projects.
  • •Delivered and led teams on schemes in excess of 60,000 sqft.
