Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end release activities across multiple applications and technology teams, including release calendars and governance processes.
  • •Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) activities and ensure compliance with change management policies, including approvals, risk evaluation, and contingency planning.
  • •Coordinate production deployments, rollbacks, and release readiness reviews, ensuring deployment activities follow defined processes and standards.
  • •Collaborate across development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams throughout the SDLC lifecycle and support CI/CD pipeline-driven release processes.
  • •Provide release status reporting and execute post-release validation and post-implementation reviews, including executive communications and KPI tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of experience in Release Management, Change Management, or Application Delivery Governance.
  • •Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, including Change, Incident, Problem, and Release Management.
  • •Hands-on experience with SDLC and CI/CD practices.
  • •Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments, with release planning and risk management.
  • •Experience using ServiceNow for Change and Release Management and JIRA for Agile planning and release tracking.
