Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to oversee monthly NAV processes and validate subscriptions, redemptions, distributions, and related calculations.
  • •Support liquidity management across fund structures, including treasury operations for investor subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions across jurisdictions and entities.
  • •Analyze financial information and deliver accurate reporting and performance analysis to senior management and Boards.
  • •Coordinate fund board meetings and manage delivery of reporting materials across internal teams and external service providers.
  • •Support preparation of annual/interim financial statements under IFRS and local GAAP, assist with audits, and work with tax teams on compliance and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated with ACA qualified (or equivalent accounting qualification) and 1–2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • •Strong IFRS accounting and financial reporting expertise, ideally from private equity, private credit, asset management, or financial services.
  • •Experience with credit funds, alternative investment structures, or fund administrators is advantageous.
  • •Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with strong analytical and financial capabilities.
  • •Ability to build relationships and communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
